FX Schmid actually brought only one major gamer from 1998 with them to Essen. Itīs "Basari" by Reinhard Staupe. The game is about the trading a valueable gems at an oriental Bazaar, and it brings much interaction between the players who try to work out as many profit as possible. The game comes with 100 small, different coloured plastic games which actually give it a quite cute appearance.

Actually, "Basari" is one of the last games which will be released under the old label of "FX Schmid" was announced by a FX Schmid Press representative. In steps, they will now proceed to chenge their label to "FX", and they hope that they will be through this process in 1999.
